We’re here to give you the support you need, from the moment you book your first appointment to the end of your treatment, and every step in between.
Our friendly team will keep you informed at every stage, ensuring you understand your diagnosis and the treatment options available to you. The whole process is designed to give you as much control as possible, backed by our doctors’ care and expertise.
Place a booking
With Oxona, you can either be referred via the NHS, or you can refer yourself. To make a booking, just visit our website and click ‘Book an appointment’, or call us on 01865 965027.
When you book online, you’ll have a choice of appointment type, location, practitioner, date and time. Payment is arranged at the point of booking, and you’ll also be asked to complete a pre-consultation questionnaire.

Before you visit us for your first consultation, you’ll be asked to download your NHS medical record via the NHS app. This is easy to do, and we’ll provide clear instructions to guide you.
During your appointment, our specialists will make sure you feel fully heard, giving you the time you need to discuss your problem. It’s all about ensuring you feel ready to make an informed decision, with all your questions answered and all concerns explored.
Treatment plan
At Oxona, we don’t do ‘off the shelf’. Our specialists build treatment plans around you as an individual, taking into account your symptoms, medical history and any concerns. And most importantly, we make you part of the team. We’ll explain all available treatment options, and then the decision is yours. Our team is here to ensure you fully understand the possible next steps, and will respect your decisions.
